LOS ANGELES (AP) — In the first nine months of 2023, Sean “Diddy” Combs triumphantly performed at the MTV VMAs, released an R&B album that garnered critical acclaim, and seemed to be at the peak of his career. However, behind the scenes, the rapper and producer is facing a federal investigation into sex trafficking allegations and denies any wrongdoing.
Combs has attempted to rebrand himself as “Brother Love” in recent years, but he has a prolonged history of violence dating back to the early days of his career. The spotlight has intensified on Sean 'Diddy' Combs' alleged secretive “freak-off” parties following raids on the music mogul's properties, where disturbing activities were said to take place.
A number of celebrities were named in a court filing from music producer Rodney Jones' $30 million lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, shedding light on the extent of the scandal. Christian hip-hop artist Lecrae said he attended “a couple” of parties hosted by embattled music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, where he witnessed questionable behavior.
