LOS ANGELES (AP) — In the first nine months of 2023, Sean “Diddy” Combs triumphantly performed at the MTV VMAs, released an R&B album that garnered critical acclaim, and seemed to be at the peak of his career. However, behind the scenes, the rapper and producer is facing a federal investigation into sex trafficking allegations and denies any wrongdoing.

Combs has attempted to rebrand himself as “Brother Love” in recent years, but he has a prolonged history of violence dating back to the early days of his career. The spotlight has intensified on Sean 'Diddy' Combs' alleged secretive “freak-off” parties following raids on the music mogul's properties, where disturbing activities were said to take place.

A number of celebrities were named in a court filing from music producer Rodney Jones' $30 million lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, shedding light on the extent of the scandal. Christian hip-hop artist Lecrae said he attended “a couple” of parties hosted by embattled music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, where he witnessed questionable behavior.

A sex-trafficking lawsuit against Combs said that his 'affiliation' to the Duke of Sussex and other international dignitaries and figures was used to lure unsuspecting individuals into his alleged sex party ring. Diddy used his friendship with well-known figures like Harry—who is not accused of wrongdoing—to draw people into his scandalous activities.

Kirk: “We're trying to find explanations as to why people like Ken Buck and Mike Gallagher are resigning early. ... Maybe P. Diddy has a connection to these resignations."
