Centenary University Appoints First African-American President

William Westhoven is a Fairleigh Dickinson University official, who has been appointed as the new president of Centenary University. William Westhoven is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School. He also holds a master's degree in public administration from Rutgers University.
