James Monroe Bolick, Jr., 69, known as Jimmy to his friends and family, passed away on August 31, 2024. Jimmy was the son of the late James M. Monroe, a prominent figure in Virginia politics. While Jimmy may not have followed directly in his father's footsteps, he did share a name with one of America's founding fathers - President James Monroe.
