With a collection over 40 years in the making, Indy's Teeny Statue of Liberty Museum was created by Indy's original bohemians, Tim Harmon. The Statue of Liberty arrived in New York by ship on this day in history, June 17, 1885. Construction would take some time, as the pedestal was also being prepared to support this magnificent symbol of freedom and democracy.
